Dynamics 365 CRM Training Overview

This live online or in-person Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) training (Microsoft course MB-910) teaches attendees how to leverage the customer engagement capabilities of Dynamics 365. Participants learn to use customer engagement apps, including Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and customer relationship management (CRM) in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This course prepares students for the MB-910 exam for which every attendee receives a voucher.
