JMS Training: Introduction to Java Message Service |
Course Number: JMS-100
GSA/Previous Course Number: 290
Duration: 2 days
view class outline
JMS Training Overview
Accelebrate's Introduction to Java™ Message Service training teaches attendees everything they need to know about asynchronous messaging via JMS. Both the point-to-point and publish-and-subscribe messaging styles are covered, but there is an emphasis on the more popular point-to-point approach using message queues. The course moves quickly from JMS fundamentals -- connections, sessions, queues, topics, etc. -- to intermediate techniques such as message properties and selectors. By the end of the day, students will understand JMS reliability and be able to make intelligent architectural choices among delivery modes, acknowledgement modes, and transacted sessions.
Location and Pricing
Most Accelebrate courses are taught on-site at our clients' locations worldwide for groups of 3 or more attendees and are customized to their specific needs. Please visit our client list to see organizations for whom we have recently delivered training. These courses can also be delivered as live, private online classes for groups that are geographically dispersed or wish to save on the instructor's or students' travel expenses. To receive a customized proposal and price quote private training at your site or online, please contact us.
In addition, some courses are available as live, online classes for individuals. To see a schedule of online courses, please visit http://www.accelebrate.com/online_training/java.htm.
